  • Manage continuous monitoring activities, including vulnerability management, patch compliance, audit log reviews, account reviews, configuration management, and risk assessments.
  • Collect and maintain assessment evidence and serve as the primary point of contact for internal audits and C3PAO assessments.
  • Track remediation activities, ensure deficiencies are resolved, and maintain compliance metrics and reporting for leadership.
  • Monitor changes to CMMC, DFARS, and related cybersecurity requirements and recommend updates to policies and technical controls as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), or IT audit.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing or managing compliance with NIST SP 800-171.
  • Experience leading or supporting CMMC Level 2 readiness, assessments, or certification efforts.
  • Experience coordinating security control implementation across infrastructure, IT, engineering, and security teams.
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading a successful C3PAO assessment.
  • Experience with NIST SP 800-172 or preparing for higher-assurance government environments.
  • Experience supporting federal contractors or DoD suppliers.
  • Experience with FedRAMP, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or other security frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits:

We seek the best-and-brightest professionals at all levels so offer highly competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges reflect compensation for qualified candidates across a range of experience levels and are flexible; actual salary will be determined based on demonstrated skills, experience, and performance.
